We inspected this extra clean “flex industrial” unit in one of Hayward’s most well known industrial neighborhoods.
The building included a reception area, 2 offices, conference room, two handicapped bathrooms, kitchenette and a very clean warehouse area. The warehouse had two (2) roll up loading doors (including 1 loading dock), and a total of 48 racks if needed.
The report was delivered to the client within 72 hours and included various issues to be dealt with in order to lessen costs incurred through deferred maintenance.
