I am a commercial Real Estate Agent, and I was referred to Golden State Commercial Property inspection by a colleague who I have immense respect. I recently completed an inspection on a 16-unit multifamily building, and I was very pleased with the level of detail in the inspection. The building didn't have a roof access which was a surprise, but Spencer was prepared with a drone to fly above the 4-story building and look at the roof. The roof was in bad shape and Spencer got a lot of pictures and 4K videos, which he sent to me so I could use them to get roof bids from contractors.
Spencer was also knowledgeable on “soft story” buildings which are quite common in the bay area. He informed us of local requirements to retrofit this style of building which I found very helpful FYI.
